California State Massage Laws.

Through movement and stillness, body and breath, we will explore ways to relax and let our energy flow, get in touch with our bodies and learn about ourselves and our subtle energy. Class will include authentic movement, breathing and body awareness, gentle stretching, guided meditation, self-care tips & more. Bring a yoga mat or blanket. Class is by donation ($5-$10).
